The very nature of the homebuying process and mortgage services quite often dictates that "time is of the essence." In realizing this, part of my commitment and service to my clients and business partners is my availability. I am available 7 days a week, generally 8am-7pm, or later with prior arrangements. I'm just a phone call or email away and I look forward to the opportunity to earn your trust and your business! My Mission Statement: To strive to be "All Things To All People" by providing professional and quality "Value-added" services as a matter of routine. Or, in other words, an "I Work For You" attitude and that, what is important to you...will be important to me! My Commitment To You: Realizing, for most people, that the purchase or refinance of their home will be the largest financial investment of their lifetime I consider it an honor when you entrust me to represent you. Setting Expectations: Firstly, I want to cite an old cliche; "I eat, live and drink this stuff" and it has been this way for 40+ years. A fundamental tenet of any business is setting the appropriate level of expectations with clients. It is part of being professional, compassionate and respectful for the feelings and needs of the client.... honesty and integrity! Or summed up in another way...a golden rule...Do unto others.... In every profession the are those that will tell you what they think you want to hear as opposed to what you really need to know. False expectations can be very cruel! As such, I believe it is my responsiblity to convey to you everything that is revelent and factual about the nature or details of your mortgage transaction. I will try to do this in the best way I can without offending you! Over the years I have developed "Four Rules" about the homebuying process and obtaining a mortgage loan that I believe will help you reduce some of the stress and frustration which may occur during the course of your purchase transaction. They are also part of my basis for setting expectations! Likewise, I have assembled some do's and don'ts which will provide you with a much better experience from application through closing. Mortgage Lending Service Area: While the primary area for my mortgage services is predominately focused in Central Florida and the Counties of Osceola, Orange, Lake, Seminole and Polk I will conduct business with clients throughout the State of Florida on a case by case basis. This case by case basis will largely depend on a mutual consensus that time and distance will have no appreciable impact on time, quality of service and communications in completing the mortgage transaction. There is always overnight delivery services, however the great thing about technology and email is that it facilitates the conduct of business globally. I do have the ability to receive mortgage applications by secure electronic means as well as transmit documents by email in a secure environment.
